From the first contact phone call Rachel made me feel listened to and at ease. I've struggled with my weight all my life (now somewhere in my 50s) tried every diet know to man and a few gimmicks along the way and was considering weight loss injections then I saw the advert for Hypnojab and as I was very aware there is no long term effect report yet for the actual injections I thought I'd trust in the power of hypnosis. I am so glad I did after each visit I left with a wonderful feeling of empowerment over my own food choices and control when I start to feel overwhelmed or need help controlling those naughty food thoughts I can do my hypnojab without anyone noticing even if sitting at the same table with me you'd never know I was using the techniques. My weight loss has been slow & steady losing a couple of lbs each week and I can see my goals are achievable. Thank you Rachel & the hypnojab I wish you continued success. The babe with the power x

“My mum Julie says hypnotherapy has honestly been the best decision of her life. She feels amazing now and doesn’t worry about storms or wind anymore. She used to be so afraid, and you’ve made such a huge difference to her.” She would like to thank you from the bottom of her heart, and I also thank you so much xx

Rachel at Artemiz has been instrumental in helping me avoid burnout with my business. I’ve attended several sessions with her now and feel distinctly less stressed and better able to manage my professional and personal life. She is extremely effective at helping you gain perspective and identify a path forward when everything feels up in the air or just too much to deal with. Without her help, I would certainly have tipped into burnout, with serious consequences for my business and personal affairs. She is extremely professional, thorough, and, above all, she gets results – especially for high-performing professionals and business owners who need to juggle multiple responsibilities and high stakes. If this is you, and you are experiencing strain, brownout, or burnout, then Rachel is 100% the person you need to speak to.

I had my first session with Rachel today and it was an amazing experience. I felt so relaxed, truly listened to, and completely at ease. Rachel was patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive—especially as I experienced hypnosis for the first time. I can’t recommend her enough! I’ll definitely be going back 😀

Rachel is an amazing practitioner. Kind, empathetic, insightful and effective. She has really helped me to see my life in a new and better way. I am sleeping better, less anxious, and know I have the tools I need to keep up the progress I have made.
I would highly recommend her to anyone contemplating a hypnotherapist or simply wondering if hypnotherapy would be a helpful approach to similar problems. Thank you Rachel.

Artemiz Hypnotherapy with Rachel, was an exceptional experience. Rachel's welcoming nature immediately put me at ease. She skillfully guided me to understand my pain points and gain a much clearer focus on my path forward. I arrived feeling stressed, but after the session, I felt completely relaxed and re-energized, ready to tackle anything. Highly recommend!
